About the Role:
This is a traveling position supporting clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
- Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.).
- Develop and update treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and analyze data.
- Provide parent training and support.
- Collaborate with clinical team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred).
- Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable).
- BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA.
- 2+ years of ABA experience (preferred).
- Reliable transportation + willingness to travel.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
Ideal Candidate:
