About the Role:

This is a traveling position supporting clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support BTs/RBTs.
Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.).
Develop and update treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and analyze data.
Provide parent training and support.
Collaborate with clinical team.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred).
Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable).
BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA.
2+ years of ABA experience (preferred).
Reliable transportation + willingness to travel.
Strong communication and organization skills.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate, reliable, and enjoys working with children and mentoring others. Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
