What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support to children/adolescents.
- Use play-based activities to teach communication, behavior, and life skills.
- Follow behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
- Track progress and document session notes.
- Communicate with supervisors and scheduling team.
New to ABA?
No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies that make a real difference in children’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Patient, reliable, and compassionate individuals.
- Enjoy working with children and being active/engaging.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius.
(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)
Schedule Requirements:
- Afternoon availability (after school hours).
- At least 4 days per week.
- Occasional weekend availability may be requested.
